We may suspend or limit portal access when needed to protect clients, the service, or our systems.

Website content is general information, not an offer or guarantee of availability. A signed proposal, contract, invoice, or other written project agreement controls the scope, fees, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights for a specific engagement. If these terms conflict with a project agreement, the project agreement controls.

Website content, branding, and materials are owned by or used with permission by DigFlat Media. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use them commercially without written permission, except where a separate project agreement gives you specific rights to delivered work.

This site may link to or use services operated by other companies, including sign-in, payment, file-delivery, and social platforms. We do not control those services and their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of them.

We work to keep the site and portal accurate and available, but they are provided as available and may be updated, interrupted, or removed. To the extent permitted by law, DigFlat Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or portal.
