What you can expect.
Shoots can be stressful at times — wedding days, portrait sessions, and commercial projects all run on a hundred small decisions. Here's a clean breakdown of how things work so we're both on the same page from day one.
Edited content only
Unless there's a specific need we discuss in advance, only edited content is delivered. The unedited (RAW) photos and video are not provided — the edited material is the representation of the work, and that's what gets handed off.
Delivery
Edited content is delivered within 14 days, via Google Drive. If a different method works better for your team, we can usually accommodate — Drive is just the fastest, most reliable default.
Printing
We don't provide printing services in-house, but you're free to print your photos with whichever printer you prefer. All photos are delivered watermark-free with full print rights, unless otherwise discussed.
Deposits
If a deposit is required for your shoot, please note that it's non-refundable — it holds your time slot on the calendar, and is due immediately to lock in the date.
Payment
Final payment is due before the shoot, unless we've specifically agreed to a different arrangement.
